1. INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM 2025

Job Description :

• Our 12-month immersive program will challenge you to develop yourself as a future leader of our company. The program is crafted for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on meritocracy, ambition, curiosity and passion. During our 12-month program, you will join a class of other ambitious Trainees to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, explore all areas of our organization to see exactly how the Heinz ketchup gets made and have multiple opportunities to work directly in our business and gain leadership and cross-functional exposure.  As a Kraft Heinz Trainee you will make valuable contributions as a full-time employee from day one; doing real work, delivering real results and having a real impact on our business.
• Your journey will start with a functional onboarding, giving you a hands-on induction into each of our different functions. This is followed by a field sales placement to get to know our products and consumers – because at Kraft Heinz, we are consumer obsessed! During the program you will get to work on an individual business project where you will be challenged to apply your problem-solving skills, then experience an agile business placement in a field different to your project. No worries if you don’t have specific expertise in all these topics; you will be attending trainings and get mentored by senior managers throughout each stage of this exciting program. After the 12-month program, Kraft Heinz Trainees will be placed into functions across our company where they can add immediate value.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from University, with minimum GPA  3.30 out of 4.00
• Will be graduating max. in August 2025 or graduated on or after 2024 from any major
• Max. working experience: 2 years after graduation
• Strong proficiency in English
• Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
• Have strong leadership capabilities

2. GLOBAL MANUFACTURING TRAINEE PROGRAM 2025

Job Description :

• Join the program growing the manufacturing leaders of tomorrow. Over 12 months, you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment.

During the program, you’ll get:

• Hands-on onboarding and Commercial bootcamp
• Immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS)
• Support in gaining a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
• Regular opportunities to build relationships and work closely with leadership
• Mentorship from people who have completed the GMT program before
• Learning opportunities to improve both soft and hard skills

Profile – Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from University, with minimum GPA  3.30 out of 4.00
• Will be graduating max. in August 2025 or graduated on or after 2024 from Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain are advantageous
• Ability and willingness to move across functional areas at the site
• Maximum working experience: 2 years after graduation
• Fluent in English – oral and written
• Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
• Have strong leadership capabilities
