Lowongan Kerja Argon Group

1. Auditor

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and conduct audit field program
• Evaluate branch’s activities to ensure the process is accordance with the systems and procedures
• Prepare audit reports
• Review audit findings and result to suggest proper audit recommendation process and quality improvement

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of All Major, preferably from Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in Pharmaceutical company would add value
• Strong communicators who think creatively, are detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skill Energetic and dynamic person
• Willing to travel

2. Finance Accounting Officer

Responsibilities : :

• Prepare budget and financial forecast
• Document financial transactions by recording it to the financial statements
• Summarize financial status by collecting information prepare periodic reports of the balance sheet, profit, loss statements and others
• Conduct a month-end and year-end closing process
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting & analyzing account information
• Financial analyst and improvement system

Requirements :

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a top university
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a certified accountant office (handle manufacturing and distribution company), preferably experienced in taxation
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Holding Tax Brevet A/B certificates
• Strong basic accounting knowledge (PSAK)

3. Sourcing Officer

Responsibilities

• Research potential vendors
• Compare, evaluate, and negotiate offers from supplier
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy/Biotech/Engineering with min GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in medical device company (Business Development, Logistics or Purchasing)
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Good english proficiency and mandarin proficient will be an advantage

4. Tax Officer

Responsibilities :

• Ensure and analyze all of Head Office and Branches taxes collection, deposit and reporting have been carried out according to the provisions of the Taxation Law and ensure the entire tax audit processes are carried out well and minimized tax audit corrections by complete and accurate supporting documents in according with tax regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting with min GPA 3.00
• Min 2 years experienced as Tax Staff/Officer
• Indepth knowledge of tax laws and regulations and good understanding in accounting and finance.
• Havea strong ability to analyze financial data, preparation of reports and statements
