1. ODP Commercial Banking

• Is designed to develop future leaders and professionals in commercial banking as Bussiness Analyst, focusing on credit analysis, financing and transaction solutions, risk management, and prudent portfolio oversight for creditors.

General Qualifications :

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
  • S1 : 3.00, max age : 25
  • S2 : 3.25, max age : 28
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEIC min. 400 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid).
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
• Have an interest to expand career in sales / marketing
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

2. ODP Retail Banking Wealth Management

• Is designed to be a future leader and professional in the financial services industry, specifically in Wealth Management, with a primary focus on the development of investment, expanding the Emerald and Private Banking market by acquiring new clients to achieve set targets and deliver optimal profits for BNI Wealth Business.

General Qualifications :

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
  • S1 : 3.00, max age : 25
  • S2 : 3.25, max age : 28
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL min. 450 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid).

• Focuses on developing talents with expertise in data analytics to strengthen data-driven decision-making across all segments and services of BNI.

Function :

• Data Analytic : Analyzing and interpreting data to answer business questions.
• Data Engineer : Building and maintaining the infrastructure that allows data to be collected, stored, and accessed efficiently.
• Data Visualization : Presenting data in a visual format to make insights clear and support decision-making.
• Data Science : Using algorithms and statistic model to make predictions and data-driven solutions.

General Qualifications :

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA

• Physically and mentally resilient D3 / S1 from universities with the minimum GPA:
  • D3 : 2.75, max age 24
  • S1 : 2.75, max age 26
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication
• Never been involved in drugs or violations of the law, as proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of contract

5. BINA BNI

Qualifications :

• Indonesian Citizens
• Physically and mentally resilient
• Education :
  • Senior High School : final year report card average grades min. 7

• Excellent in interpersonal and communication
• Never been involved in drugs or violations of the law, as proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
• Get parental consent to participate in the BINA BNI internship program
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
• Never had any work experience (Fresh Graduate)
