Job Description
- Invoice Processing: Accurately process and record invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Processing PR-PO with high attention to details.
- Coordination with Finance Team: Work closely with the finance team to keep track on payments and ensure no invoice overdue.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payments, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and discrepancies are resolved promptly by coordination with finance and vendors.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and related documents.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding invoices and payments.
- Expense Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Budget Tracking: Support budget tracking activities by monitoring expenditures and providing regular updates to the finance team.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist in organizing travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any majors
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative or finance-related role preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in office software (Especially Excel and Google Sheets) and familiarity with office equipment and technology. Experienced with PR PO system is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Able to set priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
