1. Emergency Response Team – ERT

Kualifikasi:

Usia Minimum 18 tahun.
Tinggi Badan Minimum 163 cm dengan berat badan ideal.
Pendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai anggota Emergency Response Team (ERT), Rescue Team, Fire Brigade, atau pengalaman relevan dalam penanganan keadaan darurat.
Memiliki kemampuan bekerja sama dalam tim & disiplin.
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area Kerja PT Saptaindra Sejati.

2. Admin Support General Services

Kualifikasi:

Usia Minimum 18 tahun.
Pendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
Mampu melakukan pengolahan data, pengarsipan dokumen, dan penyusunan laporan administrasi.
Teliti, rapi, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area Kerja PT Saptaindra Sejati.

3. Group Leader – Production

We are looking for a highly driven, firm, and safety-oriented individual to join us as a Production Group Leader / Production Supervisor. You will be responsible for leading daily field mining operations (Overburden Removal and Coal Getting), managing heavy equipment fleet productivity, ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK or equivalent) degree.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Production Group Leader / Foreman.
Possess a valid Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certification (highly preferred/mandatory).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a solid understanding of heavy equipment allocation.
Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan.

4. Group Leader – SHE

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-focused individual to join us as a Group Leader – SHE. You will be responsible for overseeing safety, health, and environmental compliance, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring safe site operations.

Requirements

Diploma 3 (D3), preferably majoring in Mining Engineering or Occupational Safety.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the safety field (Fresh graduates with a D3 in Mining Engineering / Occupational Safety are welcome to apply).
Proficient in hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control principles (HIRADC / JSA).
Possessing an AK3U certificate is an added advantage.
Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan

5. Officer – General Affair

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join us as an Officer General Affair. You will be responsible for managing company assets and daily utilities, and ensuring excellent operational support services to guarantee a comfortable and well-functioning working environment.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Affair Officer/Staff, preferably in a Mining or EPC Company.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a high service-oriented mindset.
Proficient in using Ms. Office (especially Excel and Word) for administrative and reporting purposes.
Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan.

6. Officer – Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join us as an Officer – Data Analyst. You will be responsible for processing and analyzing data, creating data-driven reports, and utilizing visualization tools to support business insights and decision-making.

Requirements

Diploma 3 (D3) in Statistics, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Mathematics, or related majors.
Strong ability in data processing and analysis.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data processing.
Possess knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools.
Detail-oriented, possess good analytical skills, and capable of preparing datadriven reports.
Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan.

7. Instructor – Plant

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative individual to join us as an Instructor Plant. You will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for mechanics, evaluating technical competencies, creating training modules, and ensuring all maintenance practices adhere to safety standards to maximize heavy equipment reliability and availability.

Requirements

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK equivalent) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or related majors.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plant Instructor or Senior Mechanic, preferably in a Mining Company.
Must possess a Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) certification.
Having a Training of Trainers (ToT) certification will be an advantage.
Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan.

8. IT System Analyst

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Information Systems or a related field, preferably from reputable universities.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome; experience as a System Analyst, Application Analyst, or in a related IT role is an advantage.
Good understanding of system analyst, IT governance, information security, and application management is preferred
Eager to learn, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Willing to be based in Jakarta

9. IT Infrastructure, Network & Communication

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT support or infrastructure management is preferred.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with users and management.
Willing to be based in Jakarta
