PT Saka Energi Indonesia (PGN Saka) perusahaan yang didirikan pada tanggal 27 Juni 2011, sebagai anak perusahaan hulu minyak dan gas yang dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN).Perusahaan ini (PGN Saka) bekerja sama erat dengan induknya untuk memperoleh, mengeksplorasi dan mengembangkan sumber daya gas bumi serta melengkapi peran PGN sebagai pemain mid stream gas tunggal di Indonesia.
Sr. Commercial Analyst – Business Development
Main Responsibility:
- Perform and provide analysis of economic & business evaluation (economics, risk, & competitive analysis) for Commercial recommendations for SIPL & its affiliates Assets activities and strategy & plan
- Perform the economic & business evaluation (including risk analysis for multiple scenarios) for New Access opportunities, farm-insNarm-outs, divestment for opportunities in order to build a Strong portfolio of assets for SIPL & its affiliates
- Maintain and update Economic Evaluation Model for Economic & Business Evaluation for the Commercial team and provide analysis to new opportunities/projects
- Participate inthe gathering of data & information needed for Commercial aspectsin Due Diligence (DD) activities and data room visit/opening for Acquisition & Divestment (A&D) opportunities
- Support and participate in A & D negotiations and transactions through the delivery of economic, financial and risk analysis and manage the commercial aspects of Oue Diligence (DD) and data room activities
- Support the establishment and implementation of the commercial strategy & plan/program and also develop commercial policies and procedures for Commercial business process related to SIPL and its affiliates business development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Management / Engineering
- Minimum 8 year relevant experience in ol! & gas or similar experience in Commercial and/or Strategy
- Planning and Economics in other Industry
- Strong analytical skill and ability to have good networking with Stakeholder
- Systematic and disciplined approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams
- Proficient in written and spoken English
