1. Tax Senior Staff
Job Description :
- Prepare Monthly Tax Calculation (withholding tax article 21, 22, 23/26, 4(2) and VAT)
- Prepare VAT Invoice for sales transaction (using e-faktur)
- Prepare draft Corporate Tax Calculation
- Ensure full compliance in Monthly and Annual Taxes accurate and timely manner (i.e. tax calculation, tax payment to State Treasury, tax filing to Tax Office)
- Support Tax Audit and Tax Litigation
- Maintain and administration tax document
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting / Finance / Taxation
- Minimum 1-2 years in Tax work experience
- Experience in Tax Consultant Firm or Automotive Industry is preferable
- Good knowledge in Tax and Accounting
- Good communication skill in English
- Able to operate Tax software (e-faktur, e-SPT, e-billing, e-bupot, DJP online)
- Ability to work under pressure and strict to deadlines
2. Dealer Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement Dealer Development strategy for network expansion in Indonesia
- Identify new potential areas for future sales growth & ensure best market penetration
- Build comprehensive study of dealership economics & business models
- Drive the scouting & feasibility study of potential new dealer partners to join the business
- Monitor all aspects of network facility & corporate identity (CI) development projects
- Continuous improvement of dealership guidance, standardization, and manuals
- Monitoring and benchmarking of competitors network & retail strategie
- Manage dealership agreements and other documents related to network establishment
- Lead dealership conference, coordination, and performance improvement and recognition
- Active contribution to development of all network-related touch points
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as Dealer Development Manager in automotive brands
- Good networking & knowledge of automotive dealership dynamics in the country
- Bachelor’s degree, with focus on business/architecture background
- Proven experience in project management (building design & construction phase)
- High analytical, monitoring, planning, and reporting skills
- Committed to regular business trips – up to 50% of the time
- Resilient & result oriented with minimum working time constraints
- Excellent in teamwork (cross departments & external parties) and self-management
- IT skills: advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are prioritized
- Language skill: effective to advanced English communication
3. Buyer for Metallic, Spare Parts and Accessories
Responsibilities:
- Support for supplier sourcing and selection by sending Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), RFQs, Contract.
- Perform competitiveness deep analyst and negotiation with supplier and manage daily purchase activity following the policy.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Work as team with other function within internal group companies in local and overseas
- Lead and perform localization process of supplier in Indonesia:
- Maintain and update Vendor/Supplier List
- Tooling management
- Part Price Management
- Part Supply Management
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Work as a team to solve any issue related with supplier performance (Regional purchasing and Internal)
Buyer Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experiences as Purchasing in automotive manufacturing company
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering background will have an advantage)
- Able to read technical Drawing and cost breakdown deep analysis
- Understand about Stamping, Die Cutting, Welding, Painting and Machining.
- Have experience in New Project Parts Development
- Excellent in Cost Analysis and Price Negotiation
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work with detail and minimum direction
- Able to work multitasking
- Has good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage time well (Time Management)
- Working Base in Cikarang and if necessary for travelling
4. Channel Activation Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Channel Activation strategy to contribute to business growth
- Generate new and specific activities in the network to increase sales and improve opportunities
- Regulate Channel Activation scheme and make it a regular and reliable source of development
- Experienced in development of omni-channel marketing planning & execution
- Build and manage customer’s database and turn it into new Channel Activation initiatives
- Drive optimization of each new product launching into sales opportunities in the network
- Lead continuous development and improvement of channel operational process
- Link all brand/marketing-related touchpoints and translate it to impactful sales programs
- Be an effective bridge to other departments in relation to all activities in the network
- Monitor and evaluate all the business aspects of Channel Activation activities, including budget utilization & control, ROI analysis & calculation, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years work experience as Brand Activation/Trade Marketing Manager, (FMCG background is preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree – business background is preferred
- Highly creative with strong analytical thinking
- Strong implementation and monitoring skills – especially in coordination with multiple parties
- Committed to regular business trips – up to 30% of the time
- Result oriented with minimum working time constraints
- Excel in team-work and self-management
- Good proactiveness & initiative to go the extra miles
