1. Research & Data Analytics

• Working placement may be vary across Indonesia, ie, Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta.
• You will be based onsite. You will be reporting to the Team Manager.
• You will have to do research on our products and the market, where the output expectation is to support our new and ongoing initiatives. You will give suggestions and actions for our product development.

What Essential Skills You Will Need :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from top universities
• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other similar majors.
• Strong sense of research, and analytical skills.
• Able to create and analyze insights from data.
• Experience in operating Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or other data visualization & analysis tools would be a high plus.
• English Profiency in both written and verbal.

2. System, Process & Project Improvement

• You will be based onsite. You will be reporting to the Team Manager.
• You will have to do research on our products and the market, where the output expectation is to support our new and ongoing initiatives. You will give suggestions and actions for our product development.

• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Operational Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar majors.
• Experience on creating and analyze insights from data and feedback.
• Experience operating Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or other data visualization & analysis tools would be a high plus.
• Profiency in English Communication both verbal and writter.

3. Creative Marketing, Campaign & Communications

• You will be based onsite. You will be reporting to the Team Manager.

What Essential Skills You Will Need :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from top universities
• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Law, International Relations, or other similar majors.
• Experienced in photo and video editing tools (i.e Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator), copywriting, and/or other creative content production
• English Profiency in both written and verbal.

4. Tech Engineering & Product

Program & Role Overview :

• Be a part of an exciting internship journey with the GrabOVO Internship Program!
• Our internship program is designed to provide a real-world experience that enables you to put everything you’ve learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.
• This batch of the internship program will be conducted for 4,5 months, starting from February 2025 to June 2025. You will be reporting to the team Manager and you will be based onsite.
• You will have to help improve our product using metrics and datasets and also drive collaborations between diverse teams toward a successful product. The output expectation is to improve efficiency, foster innovation, and maintain high development standards in the system backend, design, or production process.

Under this project scope, you will work closely with (but not limited to):

• • Backend Engineer Team
  • Frontend Engineer Team
  • Mobile Team
  • Infrastructure Team
  • Information Security Team
  • Product Design & Development Team
  • And many other teams that work closely with technology and product improvements.

Requirements for Tech Engineering & Product Project Scope:

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from reputable universities
• For tech engineering: Final year students (min. 7th semester) or fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or other similar majors.
• For product: Final year students (min. 7th semester) or fresh graduates from Industrial Engineering, Information System, Computer Science, and Business Management
• Fresh graduates who completed their studies max. in the past 1 year are welcome to apply
• You possess solid Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Enjoy coding in any language (GoLang, Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby, PHP, Node.JS, Objective C, Swift, SQL, Tableau etc.) would be a plus
• Able to use design and prototyping tools (Figma, Zeplin, Sketch) would be a plus
• Have knowledge with multiple cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, etc. would be a plus
• You are able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
• You are passionate about building products, features, and platforms to accelerate business growth

5. Corporate Function

Grab Internship Overview & Role :

• Be a part of an exciting internship that last 3 Months from February 2025-May 2025.
• Working placement may be vary across Indonesia, ie, Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta.
• You will based onsite & reporting to the team manager.
• You will establish relationships with multiple team members through managing people, communication, legal, accounting, or any other general services. The output expectation is to provide an excellent service to support the operational teams and our overall efficiency.

What Essential Skills You Will Need :

• Minimum GPA of 3.25 and coming from reputable universities
• College students or fresh graduates with a background in Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Policy Management, Psychology, Administration, or other similar majors.
• Experience operating Microsoft & Google Suites, especially Excel & Google Spreadsheets
• Able to make a good presentation from multiple data
• Ability in data visualization & analytical tools would be a high plus.
• Proficiency in English both in written & verbal
