1. Finance & Accounting Section Head
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate overall financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and monthly & annual book closing, to ensure smooth company operations.
- Manage cash flow and optimize fund placement to ensure availability of funds for operational and strategic needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance & accounting SOPs as well as applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve financial transactions and accounting journals to ensure accuracy and compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Coordinate and prepare annual budgets together with each department, monitor actual vs. budget realization, and analyze variances.
- Ensure readiness and accuracy of financial data and supporting documents for tax audits and external audits, and ensure timely submission of financial reports to regulators (e.g., LKTP to Ministry of Industry and deviation traffic reports to BI).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance & accounting.
- Proven competencies in cash flow management, budgeting, and accounting control.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and collaborate effectively in a team.
2. Finance & Accounting Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy
- Prepare and process payment vouchers in accordance with company procedures
- Compile and submit accurate tax data to the Tax Department
- Record asset details and calculate depreciation on a periodic basis
- Accurately input transaction journals into the system
- Reconcile bank and tax accounts, and prepare adjustment journals during monthly closing to ensure accurate financial reporting
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finance and Accounting Supervisor, preferably in industrial plant, manufacture, smelter, or power plant construction projects
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes
- Willing to be hired on a contractual basis for the duration of the project
- Willing to be based at the Jakarta Head Office
3. Procurement Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing contractual and strategic procurement activities for goods and services, and ensuring timely coordination of goods delivery in line with QCD principles: Quality (in terms of both quality and quantity), Cost (within approved budget), and Delivery (on schedule), to effectively support the company’s operational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Staff
- Knowledge of spare parts, machinery, and project experience will be an advantage
- Strong competencies in procurement management, negotiation, expedition/logistics management, contract management, legal compliance, and basic understanding of tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to be placed at the job site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan
4. Warehouse Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and store materials in the warehouse
- Prepare unloading reports for incoming goods
- Prepare unpacking/unboxing reports for received items
- Verify and count all received goods
- Process material requests using MIS/MBS systems
- Manage material returns using MRS
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock-taking activities
- Supervise daily operations and activities of warehouse personnel/helpers
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably in Engineering, from a reputable university
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in EPC industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in project execution is highly preferred
- Willing to be assigned to our jobsite in North Kalimantan
