1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MARKETING
What You’ll Be Doing :

- Presenting original programme to the management and implementing the project.
- Improving the progamme proposed based on the data.
- Responsible to analyze the market data (before and after the programme started) to collect informations about the effectiveness of the programme.
- Observing the work process of the market and making plans according to the programme’s improvement.
The Requirements We Need :
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
- Age between 22-25 years old.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, West Jakarta.
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MANUFACTURE
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Observe the manufacturing site and make plan for project improvement.
- Present project to the Management and delivered the project to the floor staff.
- Analyze manufacturing data before and after project to get information about the effectiveness of the project.
- Propose improvement on the project based on the data.
The Requirements We Need :
- Candidate at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Age between 22-25 years old.
- Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
- Willing to be sited all over Indonesia.
3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate & control corporate cash flows and budget use.
- Conduct projections and analysis of cash balance.
- Create financial reports and budget usage.
- Co-ordinate corporate budgeting.
- Make corporate financial improvement projects.
The Requirements We Need :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (min GPA 3.00)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Max 25 years old
- Understanding about Microsoft Word, Excel, and others
- Knowledge of the tax system & PSAK can be a plus point
- Have leadership, be able to work on deadlines, like challenges, have good analytical and negotiation skills
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
4. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IT DEVELOPER
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Responsible for providing technical solutions to business requirements
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions
- Provide guidance to developers and the development architecture to be followed
- Review and ensure compliance of the development design and architecture
- Provide solutions for technical issues
- Track and report the progress of development
The Requirements We Need :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a GPA minimum of 3.00
- Minimum age 23 to 30 years
- No work experience is required.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Understand Web Programming (PHP, C#, .NET ), API (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding Relational Database (MySQL / SQL Server)
- Understanding Laravel Framework
- Communicate well and can learn quickly
- Able to work in a scrum team and agile methodologies
5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE DATA SCIENTIST
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Analyzing and organizing existing data.
- Process data to turn it into insight
- Create data management architectural designs
- Maintain company data infrastructure
- Create data visualization
The Requirements We Need :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.00, majoring in Information Engineering
- Have 1 years data scientist / big data experience
- Understand Python, R language
- Being able to use data visualization tools will be a plus point.
- Have the ability and desire to learn new things
- Able to manage a team and coordinate with other teams
- Can work efficiently and provide technical direction to the team
