What you will Need to Succeed :

Fresh Graduate/ must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00
Active in organization / have internship experience is a MUST
Passion for the fashion retail industry and a genuine interest in pursuing a leadership career in the sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong business acumen, target & customer oriented with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, selling strategy, coordinate a team and make informed decisions.
Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
Flexibility to relocate and work in different locations as required by the rotational assignments.
Willing to work on weekend / holidays
