What you will do:

• Support in data analysis for manufacturing process
• Help create data visualization and dashboard
• Support the development of a centralized data system

2. Order to Cash Intern

Requirements:

• Final year student (have not any classes) from any major (preferably Economics)
• Comfortable in an English-speaking environment
• Able to operate Ms. Office and Familiar with SAP is a plus!
• Pro-active, high agility, and self motivated
• Good in administrative skill & detail oriented
• Excellent analytical skill
• Committed to a full-time internship for 3 months period within onsite at Cikarang

What you will do:

• Assist transaction from Modern Trade channel – Minimarket
• Handle counter document submission of each transaction
• Coordinate with vendor regarding the system improvement
• Assist projects execution
• Propose improvement on price checking & out of stock checking

3. HR Manufacturing Intern

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final year students with no classes from Communcation Science/Visual Design/DKV or related majors
• Interested in HR (prior experience in HR is a plus!)
• Have a project management & creative copywriting skill
• Able to desgin poster using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Have a great interpersonal, proactive, energetic, result oriented, and communication skill (English & Indonesian)
• Avaliable for at least 6 months with WFO arrangement at Cikarang Plant.

What you will do:

• Create creative materials that support internal campaigns for People Development, Culture & Engagement
• Contribute in the event management of learning classes, engagement activities & other internal events for employees
• Create visual design (poster, slides, report, etc.) to support HR related projects (administrative in the related projects)
• Assist HR team in terms of project & stakeholder management and ORG pillar activities

4. HSE Intern – Placement Bandung

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Public Health, Environmental Engineering, and Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates are preferred).
• Previous work experience, either internships or part-time jobs, will be an added value
• Having basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and SMK3 PP No.50 of 2012 will be an added value
• Strong team player and able to collaborate with many stakeholders, energetic & good communication skills (English) with a proactive attitude and creative mind
• Willing to be placed in Padalarang, Bandung Barat with 3-6 months internship commitment.

5. Logistic Intern

Requirements:

• Final Year Student (with no classes) or Fresh Graduate from Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
• Passionate in warehousing and supply chain
• Have basic understanding about SAP System and PLC & HMI will be great
• Good Communication skills
• Committed to a full-time internship for 6 months period with
• Fulltime working arrangement in Cikarang Plant

What you will do:

• Support in the development and implementation process of 2 projects in warehouse, which are Warehouse Inbound
• Monitoring System (WIMS) & Central Robotic Palletizer Help conducting the master data review on all finished goods SKUs & its specification while manage timeline.
• Keeping and following up all the punch list & improvement.
• Help to develop new SOP in the operations after projects.
• Help to improving the operations as per Six Sigma Way

6. Business Development & Engineering Intern

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final year students (no class/activities) from Industrial Technology
• Excellent analytical skill, communication skill, agile, flexible and have administrative skill
• Have a good project and time management skill
• Drive for results and self-motivated
• Committed to a 6-month internship period (Full WFO in Cikarang Plant)

What you will do:

• Assisting execution projects and complete the administrative work for July 2025 to Dec 2025
• Apply Industrial engineering tools for project feasibility to support NPD, product change, productivity, digitalization and automation

7. ID E-Commerce Intern

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate with the specialization of Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate, curious and self-driven, and able to WFO internship for 6 months
• Strong administrative and project management abilities, including the capacity to multitask and documentation.
• Familiar and avid user of e-commerce platforms and social media channels, and proficient in Microsoft Office

What you will do:

• Cover E-Commerce content development, master asset management (managing data), and project management (from planning, timeline, implementation, and monitoring)
• Do active collaboration with internal team (ecommerce & marketing team), including creative brainstorm, insights and recommendations based on data analysis and research.
• Liaison with external team (agency, enabler and platform)
• Understand the different factors that affect e-commerce business using the content scoring framework and help work across each part of the framework to optimize business.

8. Product Change Management Intern

Requirements:

• Final year student (with no classes) or recent graduate from Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
• Fluent in English and able to work remotely with abroad team
• Able to drive a project from end-to-end, energetic & fast learner, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and able to work both independently and in team
• Committed to a full-time internship for 6 months period

What you will do:

• Monitor Artwork readiness and delivery to plant
• Manage phase in, phase out plans ensuring smooth transitions
• Automation of I2M data management through Power BI
• Overall project management for core maintenance projects, i.e. Promotions, Artwork changes, etc.

9. SEA R&D Packaging Intern

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final year students (no class/activities) from Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Food Tech, Product Development or equivalent.
• Excellent in analytical thinking, documentation skills & multifunctional collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of flexible films and food saftey contact also understanding of lab testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and drive for data tracking with detail oriented.
• Committed to a 3-month project-based internship period (Full WFO in Cikarang Plant).

What you will do:

• Run test on flexible films (barrier, desturctive method, migration, etc.).
• Learn patent and FTO process with R&D and legal teams.
• Support inner printing development for promo and activation program while assisting in planning, running line trials, and help analyze and report trial data.
• Collaborate with multifunction stakeholders across SEA.
