- Work experience in budget management is preferred

- Create IP based Campaign on TikTok Shop and be able to scale them to maximize the GMV;
- Support the campaign team for key campaigns like MYS, PayDay, Ramadan, etc.;
- Work with cross function teams to co-create campaigns and push forward for execution to drive potential product sales;
- Work closely with the Product Assortment team and support Creators (Celebrities; Top Creators; MCN; Community) to suggest product assortment for the planned campaign and IP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing, or other related fields
- 3-8 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, Management Consulting, Tech companies
- Experience in project management and data analysis
- Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large-scale data sets

- P&L responsibility for incubation team
