Job Description :

  • Develop & maintain daily operational plan
  • Set & maintain SLA & KPI for team
  • Lead time monitoring
  • Making sure Inbound/Inventory/Outbound process is according to SOP

  • Analyze & Plan manpower need
  • Develop & Train manpower

Requirements :

2. Warehouse supervisor

Job Description :

  • Planning and allocating manpower
  • Held and lead the course of the briefing at the beginning of the shift
  • Supervise and control the team’s performance and daily output
  • Overseeing the operation and escalating any issues to Manager / Analyst team
  • Supervise the implementation of WMS and escalate issues to Tech team
  • Review and check reports sent by leaders, and make corrections if there’s any discrepancy
  • Coordinate with other internal parties related to project implementation or execution of issue resolution
  • Investigate cases / issues, from identifying root causes to developing recommendations for solutions
  • Review, shift / leave requests between operators
  • Create Daily / Weekly / Monthly report

Requirements:

3. HR & GA Officer

Job Description

  • Responsible in handling HR Administration, general affairs and office management, provide facilities and amenities for all members of department
  • Inspect buildings and inventories to define any issues (office and facilities)
  • Plan maintenance and repairs
  • Manage security and cleaning service from outsourcing vendors
  • Liaise with stakeholder for installation, maintenance and repairs (PLN, SIER, PAM, Telkom, building PIC, contractors, etc.)
  • Maintain company assets, including data keeping and physical conditions
  • Run indirect procurement process
  • Monitor catering inc. delivery time, quality, and payment
  • Maintain consumables need (ex: plastics, bubble wrap, tape, etc.)
  • Maintain good relationship with surrounding neighborhood
  • Responsible in travel arrangement and boarding house for the members of department:
  • Collect invoices from vendor and submit to finance team

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration, facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and
  • Safety precautions related to facilities management
  • Must be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
  • Ability to manage time, set priorities, and plan workload to meet objectives

4. Technician Staff

Job Description

  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
  • Assist IT/GA Officer for any technical tasks or projects
  • Plan and schedule repairs
  • Perform other emergency stuff, such as ceiling repair. broken floor repair, furniture repair, etc.
  • Monitor generator machine is always in a good condition, check oil
  • Monitor and maintain flood pump and water pump
  • Stand by in case of black out and switch power from genset to whs panel
  • Repair faulty equipment units including production machines and damaged structures
  • Repair and maintain all electronic installation
  • Inspect conveyor and elevator

Requirements

  • Experienced as technician min. 2 years
  • Willing to work under shift
  • Willing work mobile
5. HSE Officer

Job Description :

  • Develop and engage people on a daily basis of HSE activities, such as daily briefing/ TBM
  • Do training as needed as per planning
  • Plan & facilitate training for safety system and the use of building facilities
  • Socialize, standardize, and socialize SMK3
  • Do the BCP as needed
  • Inspect any tools and inspection
  • Implement daily maintenance programs of fire safety equipment (hydrant, sprinkler, fire detector, jockey pump, health, and safety facilities)
  • Engage people to submit CARs and their execution
  • Handle P3K (First Aid) in the area and monitor the supply of the necessary medicine

Requirements:

  • Atleast 5 years in construction safety/ warehouse management.
  • AK3/ UMUM qualifications is a must
