1. Export Import Section Head
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring day to day Import transactions to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouses
- Monitoring day to day Export transactions (returnable packages only)
- Handle and monitoring returnable packages licences.
- Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, Lartas, COO and all regulations related to Exim
- Familiar with INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo, OSS System, PIB module
- Handle customs audit
- Liaise with forwarder, logistics company, and goverment (customs office)
- Up to date with new regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree’s from all major (Preferable from Logistics Major)
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in Export and Import (preferable from Trucks or Automotive Industry)
- Having experience in leading a team/project/organization
- Familiar working with Ms. Office
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having passed Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan will be an advantage
- Able to work well under pressure
- Wiling to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
2. Export Import Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations related to Import matters (e.g Creat PIB, import document submission)
- Handle day-to-day operations related to Returnable Package Export matters (e.g Export documents submissions, handle physical checking from Customs Office, create Invoice & PL)
- Handle custom audit, Re-Research (if any)
- Support Financial Audit & Tax Audit
- Understand import regulation
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associate degree (D3) from Engineering or Accounting major
- Having Minimum 1 year experience as export import will be an advantage
- Cood knowledge about import regulation will be an advantage
- Familiar in working with Ms. Office, SAP Cood attitude, honest and strong integrity.
- Adaptive to work in an agile environment.
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
- Willing to work in Sunter, North Jakarta
3. Logistic Manufacturing Engineer Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support production planning
- Monitor and provide delivery schedule for local supplier
- Manage and monitor material and inventory stock related to production planning
- Monitor SAP process such as Good Received, Certificate NIK, Material Master, Production Order, NIK, and Bill of Material
- Logistic of KIT imporation, including back ordern and pre-deliverity parts
- Prepare document for export import acitivities
- Calculation cost non IKD base on CKD specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree’s from all engineering major/logistics/supply chain major
- Minimum 2 years experiences as logistics & inventory control in Manufacturing company
- Cood communication and negotiation
- Familiar working with Ms. Office
- Have strong business insight and analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail and good with data analytics
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Cood attitude, honest and strong integrity
- Wiling to be placed in Karawang, West Java
4. Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Providing support activities and information to dealer and customers which concern to complicated technical problem
- Supporting and advising technical problem to dealer through technical system such as Argus, telephone, and e-mail
- Supporting and find out solution on site with dealer in case cannot fix the problem
- Analyzing complicated problem and find out the solution from several source information
- Contacting and requesting support from Technical Support in case the problem cannot be fixed
- Following up the case to ensure that the problem has been fixed
- Preparing technical report to dealer manager
- Collecting new interesting problem to create Field Service Bulletin distribute to all dealer and importer to acknwoledge and follow the correct solution
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associate degree (D3) from Heavy Equipment Engineering
- Having minimum 1 years experiences in Trucks, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive Industry will be an advantage
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar in working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships at all levels
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
- Wiling to travel frequently
- Wiling to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
5. General Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations related to General Accounting (e.g. journal posting, monitoring report, document filling, etc)
- Monitor fixed asset and conduct yearly asset opname
- Monitor merchandise and conduct yearly merchandise opname
- Prepare and monitor accrual and provision reports
- Support Financial Statement Audit, Tax Audit, and Customs Audit
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associate degree (D3) from Accounting/Finance major
- Having minimum 1-2 year experience as accounting officer will be an advantage
- Good knowledge about tax regulation and PSAK will be an advantage
- Familiar in working with Ms. Office, SAP or any other accounting programs
- Strong attention to detail and good with numbers.
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity.
- Adaptive to work in an agile environment.
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
- Willing to work in Sunter, North Jakarta
