PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia (DDPI) berupaya meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan masyarakat dengan mengoperasikan beberapa pembangkit listrik di Indonesia: PT DSSP Power Sumsel 2x150MW (IPP Sumsel-5 PLTU), PT DSSP Power Kendari 2x50MW (IPP Kendari-3 PLTU) , dan PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan 2x100MW (PLTU IPP Kalteng-1).

1. Proucurement Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions:

• Supporting Procurement Team in Head Office for the end-to-end procurement process
• Communication & coordinate with all relevant parties that required the ability to speak in mandarin

Job Qualifications:

• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Preferably have min 1 year of experience in procurement, but fresh graduates with active mandarin skills are welcome to apply
• Prossessing good manner, honesty, and work spirit
• Familiar with Ms Office SAM and ERP
• Software will be an advantage
• Good communication networking and negotiation skill

2. Departement Head-Performance Management

Job Descriptions:

• Perform technical analyst and report of operation and maintance parameter
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly management report
• Maintain and monitor ISO management compliance
• Maintain  good cooperation and coordination with clients
• Manage project annual operation and maintenance hours of projected availability factor
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Chemical/ Electrical/ Physic Engineering from a reputable university with GPA minimal 3.2
• At least 8 years of working experience with 2 years experience in performance/reliability
• Having good intra/Interpersonal  communication skills
• Having a good understanding of the coal-fired steam power plant process
• Possess good technical or analytical thinking of plant or  equipment performance/efficiency
• Understand heat and massbalance diagram
• Having knowledge of fuel  demand management
• Understand power purchase agreement (PPA)
• Having understanding of energy management system
• Preferably having ceritified energy auditor or energy manager issued by BNSP

3. Environmental Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare review and update  environmental investigation report
• Design project leading to environmental protection, such  as water recalemation facilities ari pollution control systems and operations that convert waste to energy
• Btain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor the progress of environmental improvement programs

Job Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor degree environmental engineering
• Miniumum 3 years of working experienceas an environmental engineer in power plant
• Working location: Desa Tanjung Tiram Kabupaten Moramo Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

4. Procurement Assistant

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering from a reputable university with a GPA min, 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing preferably in power plant industry

• Possess strong negotiation, analytical, conceptual, problem-solving abilities and networking under pressure

Job Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university with GPA 3.2
• At least 5 years of working experience with related electrical equipment in the power plant industry
• Having good intra-/interpersonal communication skill
• Familiar with electrical equipment utilized in power plant
• Possess good technical or analyitical thinking of plant or equipment performance/efficiency
• Understand electrical setting protection (hight, medium, and low voltage system
• Having a good understanding of ETAP
• Having knowledge of root  cause failure analysis
• Preferable having certified energy auditor issued by BNSP
