1. Human Capital Business Partner – Legal Specialist
Task and Responsibilty :
- Supporting all activities related to legal contracts
- Mastering the manufacture and review of agreement letters, especially those related to legal contracts
- Manage the documents needed by the company in making cooperation agreements and legal contracts
- Give a legal opinion on something that is needed, write it down and present it.
Requirement :
- Bachelor of Law
- Have an advocate card and “Berita Acara Sumpah”
- Minimum 3 years experience in Legal and GA field
- Have good insight and analysis in conducting Review Agreement
- Familiar with UU Cipta Kerja
2. Asset Management Staff
Job Description :
- Conduct periodic inspections of field asset lists
- Update asset data
- Manage procurement documents, new assets, asset mutation and disposal as well as repairs
- Conduct periodic inspections of asset lists in the field
Requirement :
- Min S1 all majors
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / preferably have experience in the field of inventory / distribution
- Have SIM A and C
- Preferably those who master the SAP program
3. Cashier
Task & Responsibility :
- Record sales and payment transactions.
- Print purchase receipts and give to customers.
- Report the recording of transactions to superiors or other parties who need information.
- Checking the availability of merchandise (stock taking)
- Make cash payments and record existing expenses into the system PAS/SAP
- Ensure every expense that appears is in accordance with the budget
- Perform daily cash opname on all transactions
Requirements :
- Minimal Diploma in Accounting
- Mastering Ms. Excel
- Fresh graduate are welcome
4. Accounting Staff
Task & Responsibility :
- Responsible for updating stock data and stock reports
- Carry out controlling transactions
- Responsible for making cash and bank reports
- Responsible for administrative work at the Filling Station
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably at least 1 year experience
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies, experienced in using ERP systems is preferred
- Understand taxation, accounting journals, and the KemenKeu’s E-Faktur system
5. Operator Produksi
Task & Responsibility :
- Run the production process, machine operations, and product quality inspection processes
- Check the equipment, monitor the malfunction of the machine, and carry out the maintenance work plan
- Monitor production efficiency, production capacity, and machine working hours
- Making production and ISO reports
- Executing and monitoring the implementation of quality, K3L, and 5R policies
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduate, minimum 1 year experience prefered
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies
- Experience in using ERP systems, such as SAP is preferred
- Understand industrial gas production processes (such as ASP, H2, CO2, N2O, SFG, Gas Plant)
